Our Luxurious, modern two story, 3000 square feet, 3 bedroom villa is set amidst a 1.5 acre lush tropical garden in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood of Rooi Santo in the Noord district of Aruba. We custom built our villa in 2002 in a very modern style, with all the amenities to make our time here as enjoyable as can be. Now so can you!

One of the main attributes of our villa is the mature garden that completely surrounds the property. When you are in the villa, you could almost feel that you are in the middle of the jungle half way around the world, but instead you are only 5 minutes away to the beautiful beaches of Aruba and it’s shimmering blue waters. The garden includes a wide variety of palm trees (Coconuts, Washingtonians, Chinese fans, Bismarck’s, Arecas…), cactus, flowers (orchids, bougainvilleas, alemandras, frenchippanas…) and many more!!!

Location

Although the villa is not on the beach, you will greatly appreciate the peacefulness of our location and you are still only 5 minutes away from the high rise hotel area (with all the restaurants, shops and casinos), Palm beach & Arashi beach and Tierra del Sol 18 holes PGA golf course. Another 10 minutes will bring you to the low-rise area & Eagle beach and all the main supermarkets where you will find all the best products from North & South America and Holland.

The layout of the villa

The main floor of the villa is wide open and is completely surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that offers great views of the tropical garden and pool. It includes the living & dining room and a modern gourmet kitchen with gas cook top, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with icemaker. There is also a powder room and a personal gym with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is a large suite in itself and occupies the whole second story of the villa. It has a king size bed, sitting area with a writing desk, lots of closet space and it’s own private master bathroom. The bedroom opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the pool and garden.

The two guest bedrooms are separate from the main house and have direct access to the pool/garden area. Each has a queen size bed and their own bathroom.

The pool area offers ample lounging chairs, shade areas, outside shower, stainless steel gas BBQ and a dining area perfect for a moonlight meal after a nice relaxing day around the pool or at the beach.

Our caretaker, who lives on the property in a separate bungalow, will make sure that everything is ready for you when you arrive and will do everything possible to make your stay at CasAruba very memorable.

Is this villa for you?

The villa is perfect for couples or families with young children (remember that the guest bedrooms are separate from the main house, although just a few feet away). The villa accommodates comfortably six persons, but can accommodate 8 persons (two persons can sleep on inflatable beds).

This villa is only 6 years old and is perfectly maintained by our caretaker. It was build with the best materials and features all the amenities you can depend on.

• Air-conditioning throughout the house, although you will definitely enjoy the warm breeze of Aruba. Also all the rooms have ceiling fans.
• Gourmet kitchen with gas stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with icemaker. Let’s not forget about the outside BBQ.
• Keeping in touch: high speed Internet with WiFi access, fax machine and wireless telephones.
• Keeping informed: cable TV with US programming.
• Keeping you entertained: sound system with 5 cd’s disk changer and DVD player.
• Lush tropical garden with a wide variety of plants, which is subtly lit at night. Ask our gardener to open up a coconut for you!
• Hot water, although you will probably not need it!
• All linens, towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
• Kid friendly pool that is 100% chlorine free.

• The property is completely fenced off with remote control driveway gate opening.

Because of the high cost of energy, we try to be energy conscious at CasAruba. Enjoy the breeze to cool the house down. If you do use the air conditioning, please turn it off when you are not in the house. We recycle our water to irrigate the garden. We also encourage you to recycle glass and aluminum.
