How to rent CasAruba

Below is a five-step process for renting our house.

1. Check the booking calendar for availability.
2. Call or e-mail our property manager with the dates you want.
3. He will confirm that the dates are available and the rate for your stay.
4. If you confirm that you want them, we will hold them aside for you for 5 business days pending receipt of a credit card deposit (50%of rent). Personal checks or bank transfers are also accepted.
5. We will send you a rental agreement for you to sign. The balance plus a $500.00 credit card security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

When we receive the balance, you will be just weeks away from a great stay at CasAruba.
